I make my cob non-choke or "pulling collar" to fit horses from 12.2 to 14.2 hands tall. It's available dark oil (as shown) with stainless hardware. 

*Note; I have sold this collar to owners of horses that are narrow bodied but taller, up to 15.2 hands tall, and had it fit just fine. 

*Also note that the strap around the saddle horn is to another piece of gear and has nothing to do with the attachment of this breast collar. I didn't realize it was in the photo until I posted it. I apologize for any confusion.
